This message elaborates on the reasons why every Christian can do the work as a Pastor or a shepherd from “lay people and the ministry” book authored by Bishop Dag Heward-Mills.
Everybody is not called to the same thing but everybody is called to something in the house of God! Ephesians 4:7(NKJV) says ''But to each one of us grace was given according to the measure of Christ's gift''.It was practically shown that the majority of people who even wrote the bible were lay people.
Every Pastor of a church, therefore, has to direct his or her members to the call of God as Eli did for Samuel.
