The culture of a church is a very powerful force. You may not be aware of it but it is real. You need to develop a good culture of faithfulness, fidelity and loyalty. Even in the business world, the culture of the company in question determines how well it does.
A church's culture is simply the set of unique customs and values that the members are accustomed to.

To have a culture of loyalty you must constantly prune our disloyal elements that find their way into our midst.

Only one thing occurs to you when you hear the word "Shepherd" - sheep! Sheep are dependent creatures that need shepherds. A shepherd is a caring loving guide to the sheep. In the Bible, God refers to us as the sheep of His pasture.

 

Great honour is bestowed upon you when you take up the job of a Shepherd. It is an honour to be chosen out of the group. Apostle Toss explains why the job of Shepherding is an honour and what is this honour for. Jesus also told Peter to feed His sheep, to prove his love for the Savior. Being a shepherd is a very great job. It is an honour to be called by God.

Sometimes the emotional pain one goes through is almost unbearable and as human beings, it is not easy to forget. Though we may find it difficult to forgive, what God is saying to us is that it is very important to forgive no matter how traumatic the pain may be.
