Jacob showed that people who pay tithes have had a deep spiritual encounter with God. It was only after Jacob had a personal spiritual encounter with God that he started paying tithes. People who do not pay tithes are often unspiritual men.

His divine power gives us all things that pertain to this life and godliness.  Once you believe in the invisible power of God, you are opening yourself up to receiving a supernatural supply of finances.

None of us plans to arrive in heaven without having done what God wanted us to do on earth. No, not one! We want to complete the tasks God has assigned us. Most people would say that they do not know what their calling is, let alone know how to fulfil it! You cannot be a good shepherd if you cannot hear the voice of God.  

A good shepherd also obeys God’s instructions. Your obedience to God is your master key to fulfilling your ministry.

Offended people are hurting and smarting from things that have happened in their lives. Offence is unavoidable in your journey with God. There are several things that Jesus mentioned in His discourse to the disciples that will protect you from becoming offended one day. Hurts and offences have caused too much devastation in the church.

Jesus armed the minds of His disciples to protect them from becoming offended. You must believe the following truths that Jesus gives and they will help and save you from offences.

It would be nice and pleasant if you were never offended by anything. In fact, it would even be perfect if your Church or Pastor was so perfect that nothing ever offended anyone. But as long as you are on earth, you will be offended at one point or the other.

It is natural for people to declare that they have no offence in them. However, if Jesus said we would be offended, it is our duty to accept that we are offended when it happens to us.
